Here's something I haven't come across before that I picked up. The C51 cancel (St. Thomas cancel for British post office abroad) is fairly light, so I'm wondering if someone along the line in the letter's delivery simply penned "St Thomas" over it? I'd like to think it wasn't a collector or dealer of the era, but who knows! Would appreciate any thoughts!
