It is the Buyer that presses the button to buy not the seller.
The odd double purchase is no problem (We have all done it and accept the consequences)
When it is several double purchases it takes time for the seller to sort it out.
Buyers, Please Please Please just take that extra few seconds to think "Have I already bought/got that item?" before you hit the Buy button.
The same can be applied to any Auction Lot.

Ian, if I'm dumb enough to buy the same item twice, that's my problem, not yours!!
Edit: What I do is as soon as I buy an item from a book I either remove it from my want list or just put a line through it. That way I shouldn't buy it twice. But that means you have to have a want list and keep it up to date - that can be a fair bit of work especially if you collect quite a few areas as I do. When I am bidding on an item I put a line through it so I won't bid on the same item twice. Don't just write items down on small pieces of paper, they are much to easy to lose. Even with this system I have still bought an item twice a few times, due of course to pure stupidity, which is my problem not the sellers!!!

When buying from Approval Books would Buyers please try to avoid buying the same stamps from different Books and then complain that the seller sold them the same item twice!
