There are good opportunities to acquire stamps on line that are both quality service and low prices. My favorite is the Stamp-o-Rama approvals site. They also have an auctions site.

" ... The best place to purchase stamps is Philatelic Center ..."
That is your opinion and is fine for people who treasure the
'Jam Jar labels" often offered as real postage stamps. That
is, massive printings of issues virtually impossible to find
postally used, because the actual items are usually not even
offered in the so-called issuing country, and sometimes the
lower level of literacy involved limits their usefulness.
There is no best place to buy stamps in my opinion. I've found superb stamps in the strangest places.
I recommend this site for legitimate new issues at face value https://www.wopa-plus.com

There was a recent survey about stamp collectors' purchasing stamps online. The survey indicated that many stamp collectors aren't satisfied. Most of these frustrations are due to poor services, high prices & limited selection. The difficulties stamp collectors are facing is serious. Although there are many places to purchase stamps, most of these places we don't recommend:
Ebay - Over priced & high shipping cost. Lots of shill bidding with multiple fake bidders. Fraudulent stamps can also be found there.
Hip Stamp - Limited selection with limited payment methods. Few 2021 stamps can be found. Very outdated system.
Stamp shows - A good place to purchase stamps. You can to examine the stamps up closely & speak to the Sellers. The problem is how often does a stamp show visit your home town?
Auction House - Competing against multiple bidders is tough. You may or may not win. The fee is high depending which auction house you attend. It's not a place for a beginner.
Stamp Shop - Tons of stamps there. Stamp shops allows you to examine the stamps. The prices are reasonable. The customer services are always good. Stamp shop used to be the best place to buy stamps but they are becoming extinct.
The best place to purchase stamps is Philatelic Center, it's an organization that collaborate with postal office & government. Philatelic Center is audited yearly to insured at it's highest integrity. The entire staff is certified & licensed by the government. Philatelic Center offered large selection of stamps. The prices & shipping cost are very low because they're non profit. All stamps are sold in MNH condition. No hinged, used, error, or forgery stamps in Philatelic Center. All transactions are monitored closely by it's Security Division. Superior customer attentive with 24/7 round the clock service. 100% money back guaranteed without questions.
No Drama, no Waiting & no BS.
Some countries have a Philatelic Center and some don't. This article was released without copy & paste. Please let us know if you are unable to read this article here.
