Maybe the buyer hasn't provided a valid shipping address in their profile. That happens sometimes and it complicates things when the buyer has already payed. I take it that you have contacted the buyer? Another possibility the buyers account has been hacked. Which undoubtedly will complicate your attempts to re-list the item using the same description.
You could try to list it by changing the verbiage by creating a new listing.
No problems for me. I looked at my closed listings this morning from last nights auctions and they looked fine. Once an ebay auction ends, I relist it in Stamporama on Monday nights

If the buyer has paid go into Paypal for the address.
+1
Thank you Sarge and Charlie2009! My main Ebay problem this morning is that I can't relist any Items. I will try to relist the Items using the same description. Charlie2009: Ebay no longer uses PayPal in the USA. Another strange thing that I notice is that Emails are no longer reflecting Ebay. For example, a collector asked me why I haven't responded to his question. What question??? Thank you.
Noticeable that when I pay a UK based dealer now by PayPal it shows on my PayPal account that I am paying eBay not the dealer. Out here in Thailand we have been told that all payments for sales will come via Payoneer.
I no longer list on ebay entirely due that their new payment rules, in my opinion, are not fit for purpose.
I started selling on eBay in August after a 12 or more year hiatus. They made me sign up for the eBay payments, which seem to be working fine. And I think it may have a reduced fee, rather than paying both eBay and Paypal.
The wonky part is that they pay whenever they want and in odd amounts. I'd want to be paid something like Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly etc, or when I reach a certain threshold. Nope! They'll send out 57 cents! I'm just waiting for my bank to squawk at the amount of nuisance small payments.
My problem thus far is just how user unfriendly their software is! Figure making things easy for sellers should be their number one priority? As in... that's the main thing they sell for God's sake!

Thanks Roy! I found it.
I hope that stops the insanity!
Is anyone else having problems with Ebay? I just received an Order where Ebay provided the Buyer's name, but not his Shipping Address. I can't seem to be able to Relist items. The chronological listing of Orders seems to be out of whack. I could list other problems that are suddenly occuring. Have I been hacked?? Thank you.
