I can't find a listing for this but it looks as if it could be a commemorative label celebrating 75 years of the Stockholm Postal Museum.

Go to eBay, click on the Stamps category from the dropdown menu, and search for "Sweden 1981 museum."
This stamp is from a strip of 10 from a test booklet. There are two booklets for sale as of today's date on eBay.
