In the BNAPS newsletter a cover addressed to Consumer Goods cancelled in May 1997 carries a RED CANADIAN FLAG CANCEL. I am wondering if any of our members have ever seen such a cancel. Perhaps it was a private cancel or limited to one community. Any one aware of such a cover or cancel?
