I don't think there is a way to insert a picture using the Stamporama messaging system, but if you use an imaging hosting service (e.g., Google drive) you should be able to send a sharing link.

If you don't have your own hosting, you can actually cheat.
Upload the image to Stamporama using the Members Area:
From the main Menu on the Homepage choose "Members"
From the left hand vertical menu choose "Members Only : Enter"
From the "Tools" menu, (upper right) choose "Image Upload"
Choose the "Upload New image" button
Upload the image
Copy the "Location" of the uploaded image. It will look like this: /upload/2001597166.jpg
Insert https://stamporama.com ahead of that location (don't leave a space) so it looks like this:
https://stamporama.com/upload/2001597166.jpg
Paste that complete link into your message. It won't be clickable in a message, but the receiver can copy and paste it into the address bar of their browser.
