The total is correct at 357 because 3 items have been marked as sold so 360-3=357!!
See pages 1 and 2.
12160
9 pages 20 items a page 180 items shown 53 items sold
should that 180 be 127????
I can't find 12160
However if the book started with 180 items and 53 items sold then it would show 127.
It all depends on what screen you are looking at.
If you click on the New Books, All Books then the number is the amount of items available for sale as the number of sold items have been removed from the starting items.
If you are an Approval Book Seller then when you click on edit books it shows the starting amount of items for sale and the number of items sold.
Book #12160 would have been posted more than 9,602 books ago.
The reason anyone (excluding original seller) cannot see this book is because the book is probably closed.
Think this is his own book 21606 Pakistan, 50 items sold , 9 pages, 180 stamps. Have not gone through the book to check number sold but is it possible that some have sold today but figures are not yet updated by the system.
I think Tony might be right here. I'll dig into this later today.

Tony,
I have fixed 21762. It was missing 3 items on page 6. It is correct now. I don't know what caused that. I'll look into 12160 now.

I think Liz is correct. I can't find book 12160.
Regards ... Tim.
That should be 21606
Nah, nah told you so! Well sort of, I did suggest yesterday that it was book 21606 but not sure where Tonym is getting his figures from.
Tony,
I had a look at Book 21606. It looks OK to me. Am I missing something?
Regards ... Tim.
No I was just using it as an example to show how it was suppose to look in answer to
Brechinite explanation.
Was the error on 21762 mine or the systems?
Tony,
Good question re the problems with 21762. I doubt it was anything that you did. Occasionally when two people are accessing the approvals system at the same time, these database issues occur. It is very rare but does happen. I have done what I can to minimize them.
Regards ... Tim.
Approval book 21762
18 pages -- 20 items per page -- total shown 357 should be 360
