Try Indian state Soruth, Scott 18, 1913-14
Soruth -- an Indian Feudatory State (IFS)
SG19 (Stanley Gibbons is better than Scott for IFS)
Here is a an example where you can read the legends (well at least the English part )
Yours is an overprint and the overprint says: Three Pies. SG35
Cool! Thank you. I didn't think Ruth and Anna were women.
Indian states are obviously not my speciality.

Image size is 22mm x 18 mm. Picture on left is a straight scan, in its natural (faded?) color. The one on the right is as enhanced as I could get it.
The overprint -- or is it a cancellation? -- reads "hres pi(?)es" There also seem to be a couple of English words, Ruth or Truth and Anna. The latter makes me wonder if it could be one of the Indian states.
