Door prizes (non philatelic).. have some of the ladies pick the tickets/number. Maybe use floral arrangements center pieces as the prizes. Peace lillies etc..
Stamp presentations with a strong history component might be attractive.
Topics might include:
The hyperinflation of the Wiemar Republic and how it may have led to the rise of Hitler.
The short lived People's Republic of Bavaria.
The many colonies Germany lost as a result of WWI.
The devaluation of US postage stamps issued in the antebellum period (and the subsequent union-only issues).
The Falkland War
Those are just ones that I thought of off the top of my head.
Do a 10th anniversary newsletter of your stamp club. Newsletter includes:
A. Write a brief history about your stamp club.
B. Post some stamp articles.
C. Display your stamp club's photos.
D. Interview fellow members about their Philately or life experience.
E. Do Questions/Answers session with your Stamp Club leader.
F. List members' name of your stamp club.
G. List some excellent Philately websites including StampoRama.
H. Post some trivia questions (This will trigger a discussion during luncheon)
.
.
Once you complete the newsletter, you can distribute them at the luncheon, they will like it very much. Our stamp club did a newsletter & it was a huge success. It got everyone talking for hours.
Knowing that there will be spouses and significant others there who are not collectors, I think you should keep it "light". If you must have a presentation about stamps keep it local or topically based. For example, interesting historical post offices/stamps/cancels in the area, how to get a letter stamped from the North Pole, letters from space, the most expensive stamp in the world, pony express, odd shaped stamps, etc. Nothing too long or boring--hopefully among the members someone has an interesting topical or historical collection about the area. Better yet, a slide show/movie/presentation (depending on your tech level) about the history of the club with lots of photos/videos of current members who are in attendance. Most non collectors don't want to sit through a long historical technical discussion of stamps. They'll sit through a 15 minute interesting well put together video of the history of the club. Since the club is 10 years old, hopefully you have video, photos, etc in order to put this together. If not, it's definitely something you should start doing.
Good luck!

Hi All,
Our local stamp club will be celebrating our 10th anniversary with a luncheon.
Members will be bringing their spouses/significant others as well.
To help keep things flowing and interesting to all, we are trying to come up with some ideas for things to do/discuss/present/display, etc....
Anyone have any ideas???
Thank you in advance for your help!
