Am I the only seller who has noticed that buyers are now NOT marking that their shipments have been received on the invoicing ? It used to be quite good and reliable that a buyer would go that extra step to do so. In the past few months more and more of my shipments are not being marked as received. Only one of these has been reported as lost. I know this is a manual step that the buyer has to take - so I guess most everyone is just getting "lazy". I know there is nothing that can be done for this but there should be some guideline for a timeframe when a lost shipment should be reported to the seller and after that time we can just assume the shipment was received. re: Notice Of Shipments Received

Hi Steve, as a buyer only, I always try to mark items as I receive them! We should always do this so the sellers know the items have arrived safely. It only takes a second or two!!

re: Notice Of Shipments Received

I used to send reminders to buyers to acknowledge receipt using the excellent SOR software we have. A reminder goes a long way! rrr....

re: Notice Of Shipments Received

Whilst I do usually mark items as received occasionally I forget, but invariably put a message of receipt when I notice my omission.
However I see that according to my unreceived invoices for the past 12 months that 2 are marked "closed", despite not having been received. One from November 2019 and one from this July.
Presumably the seller has so marked them.
