Thailand 1963-4 officials, listed in SG, don't know about Scott. I think they're 25 satangs and 1 Baht, but both are upside down

These are the top two values. 2 Baht on top and 1 baht below. They were used for the post office's internal accounting system I'm pretty sure. You won't find them used for mail as far as I know.
