Comes fron Vilnius, Lithuania
Thanks. Do you know the year and catalogue number? I am assuming that postal stationary in Russia has a special numbering similar to the numbers for US examples.
The only foreign postal stationary / postal card catalog I know of is Higgins & Gage. I believe that it was last updated in the 1980's and consists of 19 "chapters in 10 binders. Individual "chapters" show up on the various sales sites occasionally. A full set is hard to find and hopelessly outdated.
Not enough collectors to create enough demand
Thanks!
Please help me to identify this cover. I am coming up empty-handed using my usual search methods. Thanks.
