I received these two stamps on a trade.
Are they really postage stamps? if so which country?
Seems like they come from one of the new countries in the Balkans, judging
by the letters on them, any ideas?

Hi,

These are nice!

I found this Czech miniature sheet which shows the Hluboka label along with a stamp which features Hluboká Zoo:

I guess that the other label comes from a similar sheet.
