I don't collect Indian Stamps, but was perusing one of the old family albums and found these two stamps in part of the Indian Collection.,
Did they issue two different values in the transport series, or is one a fake?

The 12a was issued in 1937, as part of a set. The 14a was issued in 1940 (note the larger head of KGVI in the latter)
