Sigh - upload pic too big. . .I have a small, imperf souvenir sheet, "Republique Francaise" on the one, imperf stamp centered on the sheet. In the UL of the sheet are dates in red "1874-1949", and at the bottom is "Hommage A P J Delpierre"
The stamp image is a skull on what appears to be a bat, with the Letter I and C on either side of the skull. The stamp is black
Can you help?
