I am looking for a single MNH example of the stamp shown below commemorating the 400th anniversary of the University of Graz. My son spent his study abroad year there and I'd like to give him one as a memento. It is a very inexpensive stamp and I can find them on eBay and HipStamp but folks seem to want $2 -$4 to mail it.
