I have a 5-cent United States UC1 cover whose diamonds measure out to be a "b" border, i.e., 10 x 8 mm. It has a "US 1929" #30 watermark. Why, in the Scott Specialized Catalogue, is this watermark only listed for the 6-cent UC2? Could the #30 be the common, "default" watermark for this envelope?
