poor customer service begets more drastic action. If you paid by paypal or some other platform that limits the time you can claim, i'd file before that time is expired.
I'm about five weeks out from the charge, I plan for now to notify them two more times at weekly notices including a warning they will get this removed from my charge. Then I'm calling. I feel nobody there fully follows what I want.
My guess is this won't matter. I can go back in two more months and send them another order with no issues.
Things in France are pretty bad just now. Employers are shutting down, etc. For now I will notify them of my waiting another week or so, then asking for a refund of just the damaged pages. If they want to later I can pay for any replacement they send.
Hope this will work...
Today I escalated this to a claim for a refund from Paypal credit. As of today no contact from anyone at Yvert, it's like they just closed down and aren't replying.
I hate this but I have to do it now.
Anyone else have this happen with them lately?
Briefly last month I got an order directly from Yvert in Paris with damaged products. One whole unit of hingeless pages for their France album was wrecked when water leaked into the package. I messaged them and they agreed to replace them. This is where we still are, three weeks later. No verification of mailing them at all. Six messages, nothing. They limit customer contact; anyone know of someone there who can help me?
Someone is seeing my messages and then passing this onto to someone down the line who does nothing. I am giving them until 4-1 then filing a claim for that portion of my billing.
Suggestions welcome, thanks!
