Source: Numerical Cancellations of the British Empire
#1 '7' in lined oval = Bombay
#2 I am unsure of the shape appears as hex, 1 lead to 127 in other format would be Bombay
#3 '1', rectangle in diamond = Agra
#4 '55', rectangle in diamond is not listed
#5 unrecognizable to me, possible revenue cancel, appears to be a figure inside rectangle formed by horizontal lines
#6 unrecognizable, pen marks, and rough blotched cancel with stream of red
#7 'B' over '1' would normally be Bombay but hex pattern is not listed, see #2 above
Awesome! Thanks for the clarification.
I am unsure of the authenticity of the stamps that I recently acquired, as well as the meaning cancellations of the stamps (whether they were used in foreign country?) if possible. Any suggestions/clarifications/pointers are appreciated.
Thanks.
