Is it possible for a booklet single to have perforations on all four sides? I cannot find four-sided perforated stamps equivalents for these booklet singles listed in the Scott catalog.

You will find four-sided perfed examples of booklet stamps, if the stamp was issued in sheet form. Scott states in its booklet listings how the perforations are found for the booklet stamps.

Scott 3836 and 3657 were issued only as convertible booklets arranged in 4 rows of 5 stamps. The second, third, and fourth stamps in rows 2 and 3 are die cut on all four sides. All other stamps in the booklet have one or two straight edges. Scott makes no distinction between the stamps with or without straight edges.

Scott 3837, the 60c value, was not issued as a booklet, only as a pane of 20 with selvedge on all sides, so all stamps in the pane will be die cut on all four sides.
