the ones shown on catalogue have two sutrchages "Protectorate Français" and "surcharged value"
The one below only surchage "French Protectorate"

You may have found an error. I saw several Morocco stamps on Auction with one of the several possible o/p missing (the 5c, 10c 15c and 25c missing are noted in Scott). I don't know if this one specifically is noted in specialty catalogs, but it is possibly an error.

I found a reference for the lack of Arabic overprint and it is possible that the stamp also has the "S" variety reversed.
You have the address at the top.

The lack overprint exist and it is mentioned on French catalogue Yvert & Tellier,
however the 20 c is not mentioned.

SG lists these same five stamps with omitted surcharge (as listed in Y&T) but again not the 20c.
