I found these stamps listed in the 1929 Scott as numbers 141-146. There were six in the set: 5q green, 10q rose, 25q blue, 50q brown, 1fr orange, and 25q on 1fr orange. 141-145 with the "Takse" overprint are postage due numbers 339-343.
Watch for forgeries, too.
I have these stamps from Albania but my Scott International album has no spaces for them. I found them in a old Scott catalog as A16 & A17 images with note "were not authorized and not placed in use". They are printed on fairly thin paper and have full gum. There was no listing of denominations or values in the catalog. Can someone give me info and history on these stamps? Thank you for your help. Mike
