General Philatelic/Identify This? : What's the Scott # for 2016 USA (Forever) Flag coil stamp with B11111 Plate #

The stamp looks similar to Scott #s 5052 and 5053, but searching on line (PNC3.org, etc) I can't seem to find the Scott # for the one with B11111 plate #. The die cutting is the same as 5052 and it does have the "2016" date. My USA specialized catalog only goes to 2014.
Any help is appreciated!

Well, I did find some listings on ebay that indicate either 5052a or 5052b.
Also saw that there was a Linn's stamp news article from Aug 2016 that discussed the BCA version of the coil, but I couldnt follow the link.
So still looking for what Scott # is assigned to it. I'm thinking either 5052a or 5052b.
