I wished to buy a whole page of an approval book, however, when I went to confirm purchase of whole page, it said page was locked by someone buying the whole page.. But they evidently never bothered to confirm the purchase.. I wish to buy that whole page, but someone is locking it without actually buying it.. I have checked back over 2 hours later and THE PERSON HAS STILL NOT CONFIRMED THE PURCHASE! Shouldn't there be a time limit set on how long someone can "buy the whole page" but never confirm it? If someone else wishes to by the page and is willing to confirm it, it seems that should take precedence over someone simply locking the page by not confirming its purchase... very frustrating!
