Just a question out of pure curiosity. Since you tweaked your system a little while ago using ******** instead of names, can sellers tell who is bidding on their items? Or can they only tell when the auction is over?

Yes the seller can see who is bidding on their item, but only if he goes into the country of the item and looks for their item and only the current bidder who is "winning" at that moment is named, not who the under bidder is.

Once the item is sold the seller can then go to their Sold items and only then can see who bid what and who the bidders were.
