i hardly ever throw a cover away..so from time to time i have to go through the tubs and usually find at least one of interest. This one is for Pakistan soldiers serving under the U.N. in West Irian when they were deciding what to do with the country. The back of the envelope says 500,000 of the stamps were overprinted.
