Lars, i checked my 2017 scott..and it does mention listings of both..the Kyrgyz express stamps are listed from November 2014.
Thanks, Phil!
That's encouraging!
Lars, it happens that the only 2021 Scott's I have are volume 4A & 4B, and 4B is the letter "M".
Scott recognizes the name change with a little subheading entitled "Republic of North Macedonia", but it's still listed under "Macedonia" and there's not even a break in the regular catalog number sequence.
So, the last Macedonia stamp (issued Feb 4 2019) is Scott #800 ('Terracotta Figurine of "Great Mother"'), and the first North Macedonia stamp (issued Mar 19, 2019) is Scott #801 (Jashar Bej Shkupi (1860-1919, Politician).
Conveniently, volume 4A covers J - L.
I can just reconfirm what Phil already said. There is a separate little section after the semipostals of the regular Kyrgyzstan listings called "Kyrgyz Express Post". The numbering just starts from "1" and goes on from there.
Hope that's helpful!

Glad to be able to help a bit!
" .... to use later and latter in the same sentence ...."
No, there are two sentences. So it does not qualify.
But thanks for playing.
I have two questions for anyone with newer worldwide catalogs (I have 2015):
1. Macedonia became North Macedonia during the range February 6-12, 2019. Do the latest catalogues show the last catalog number before Feb 6, 2019 and which is the first on or after Feb 12?
2. Kyrgystan seems to be served by both Kyrgyz Pochtasy and Kyrgyz Express Post. Only the former is listed in my 2015 Scott. Is the latter listed in later Scott Catalogues?
(I have spent my entire life trying to find a good place to use later and latter in the same sentence. One more item off the bucket list)!
Thanks for any help!
Lars
