Errors like these are very common in Scott, and now that they insist on listing the stamps as sets, even more
often, I feel that Scott and the USPS are trying to get rid of stamp collectors.

Unfortunately that is not the case. It isn't a deliberate ploy, its just sheer bad management. They do not realise the consequences of their actions. The diktats that come down from "Head Office" can bear no relation to what happens on the "front line".
One case I heard of recently involved a person just out of University was told that she had to observe a butcher of 30 years and make sure the butcher was cutting up the carcass correctly!!
What idiot of a manager decided to put both personell under such pressure!

I came across this one by chance in my 2019 Scott's so my have been corrected already .Netherlands 2007 Flower Miniature sheet A 499 Scotts lists all the stamps as being 44c when in fact the bottom two stamps are 88c.
