Hi Oiltechken,
These were issued by an 1897 local courier service in Morocco which delivered mail between the cities of Fez and Meknes.

These are one of approximately a dozen local 'cheffian' post among cities in Morocco. These are Fez to Meknes (Yvert #16-23 set; 11.5 and 14 perf). They have some handsome values. My Yvert gives the final Euro values: 15c = E10; 25c = E30; and 1f = E50. I need all of these and would make an offer if you are not to keep them in your collection.
