What do i have here my brothers an imperf pair ? there is no seam or perforations. Jopie pulled it out of a sandwich bag of U.S. Image Not Found

Phil, I think that this stamp was issued with roulette perfs.
Your copy seems to be just a pair.

Look carefully-the slit perfs are there. Agreed-a used pair.

Expert I'm not but my advise to you is, switch from that old 150 to 250!
