My Scott catalogue illustrated identifier suggests it's Armenia, based on the four symbols around the star.

Thank you, I looked at Armenia in the stamp illustrator but could see no resemblance, I thought it was more likely the Transcaucasion Federation. But you were correct, I looked again in Armenia and found them in Armenia, Scott # 278 & 285 in 1921.

I have tried all the Russian factors and countries, or I think I have, but still cannot find where these two stamps come from, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
