Nice stamps.
The text says "Royal Bulgarian Post" and I guess these are propaganda labels produced by an emigré group abroad.
I see the imprint of the Spanish printer, Heraclio Fournier of Vitoria.
Simeon II, the last tsar, was in exile in Spain at the time.
Many years later he was able to go home and became prime minister, bringing Bulgaria into NATO.
Since the inscription translates to "Royal Bulgarian Post", I think it's a safe bet that it is a cinderella. The last King of Bulgaria was deposed in 1946, although he served as Prime Minister from 2001-2005.

I checked in the "back of the book" in the Michel catalog for Bulgaria, and nothing like this is listed, so I think that just confirms that these are "hopeful" cinderellas for an exile group.
After much effort, I have not been able to catalogue this nice President Kennedy set in my 2014 Scott Catalogue. Could these stamps have been issued after 2014? Scott number identification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
