Auctions - Approvals
I have seen several copies but neither seller can provide the information I am trying to find ,the book is by W H Adgey -Edgar A Catalogue Of Imperial Japanese Overprints And Issues In Occupied British Territories .
I am trying to find out if the occupation stamps of the Netherlands Indies are listed in this book ?
But don't want to outlay cash for a book that may not help me.

Not sure if you have seen this webpage,
https://www.librarything.com/work/10902085
It has a list of places from the book as follows;

Looks like you can sign up and read/download books, not sure if there is a cost.

Brian,

Are you aware of the following catalogues?:

Catalogue of the postage stamps of the Netherlands East Indies under Japanese occupation 1942-1945. Published by Dai Nippon 2001.

Japanese Occupation Issues of the Dutch East Indies (1942-1945) by Tom R. Bleeker. Cockrill Series Booklets No. 27. Published 1982.

Dai Nippon in South East Asia. Handbook Japanese Occupation Stamps and Postmarks of Netherlands Indies, Malaya, Borneo, Brunei, Sarawak, Labuan, etc. by N.H.Hedeman and R. Boekema. Published in Billig's Philatelic Handbook, volume 19, 1953.

I haven't seen the first, but own the second and currently have the third on loan from a local philatelic library.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Jan
