Hi Jim,
Yes, the first three are revenue stamps from the Philippines.
They (or similar stamps) are listed in the old Forbin catalogue as issued in 1907.
The 1907 set had six values in the same design as the 1c and 20c and two high values in the design of the 1 peso.
I've no idea about the Puerto Rico stamp.
Nigel.
Thanks for your reply as well as reminding me of the Forbin catalogue. Believe I have a link to an online (scanned) version. IIRC it’s (now) in the public domain.

Hello Bob,
For many years I've used the copy of Forbin hosted at:
https://revenue-collector.com/forbin.shtml
There's a small one-off fee to obtain a login name and password which gives you unlimited access.
The document may well be available to read for free online somewhere else but I'm very happy with this access.
The website owner has created an index bar on the screen listing all the stamp issuing countries, towns etc. in the catalogue and this lets you jump to the first page for that country etc.
This is the last edition of the catalogue which dates from 1915.
It's in French. I usually find that's ok but I did have to look up "déesse" (goddess) when reading the description of a 1 peso stamp which wasn't illustrated.
Here's a Wikipedia artcile with some info on Alfred Forbin and his publications:

Don has a copy of Forbin in the StampSmarter library. It's available for download in 2 parts and is in pdf format.
Here's the link:

On my laptop, the Forbin files are in the 2nd row, but StampSmarter appropriately uses a responsive format (meaning that the layout adjusts to the type of device you're on), so the configuration may look different depending on the width of your computer/phone/tablet.
{edited for clarity (hopefully)}
I have the Forbin catalog as a PDF which I downloaded for free,
but it's been so long ago when I acquired it that I now can't recall
what site I got it from!
Greetings.
Recently purchased what I consider to be an intermediate Philippines collection. Included therein are several non-Scott items, each of which I had not previously known about/seen.
Assume these are some form of revenue stamps/coupons. Can any member provide further details?
Thanks in advance.
Jim
