Hi eagc1397,

This appears to be from Hubei in China.

SG lists it under Communist China / Central and South China / Hubei as SG CC72 from 1949.

It is Scott PRC #6L44.

This appears to be from Hubei in China.

SG lists it under Communist China / Central and South China / Hubei as SG CC72 from 1949.
