Mentioned in Michel Spezial Germany Vol 2 but no value listed.
It says climate related bleached the color.
Dave:- It could be my eyes but I can see a very slight hint of pink in the 35F.
Also if the pink was missing then surely the lettering would be as white as the border.
Thanks PhilaStore.
I thought that was improbable as the "bleaching" was so consistent, but looking through a magnifying glass it is possible to see a very light pink tint vs the white in Europa. So I guess feasible.
Ian: You were to fast for me!!!
I have a number of these stamps but this is the only one with the lettering in white, not pink.
I can't find this variation in Scott, would it be a known variation in Michel or a specialty catalog?
Thanks, Dave.
