Judging from the font of the overprint, Russian Civil War issues for Omsk, issued in 1919.
Why Colnect puts these under Russia, Offices Abroad, I do not understand.
According to my Minkus Russia album they are Russia Civil War in Asia, Siberia, Admiral Kolchak, issues of 1919.
Addition: Yes, the value is minimal - probably no more than a few cents each! Much of the Russian BOB overprinted material is very complicated. These are not!

I believe that these stamps are Russian but I sure haven't been able to identify them. They probably aren't worth much but I don't like not knowing what they are... Any input will be appreciated. Thanks, Big Daddy Dave
