re: Help With ID?The coat of arms and the bilingual inscription tell us that this is from Switzerland. Presumably a voluntary fundraising stamp (a so-called "Soldatenmarke" = soldiers' stamp) from the first half of the 20th century, to be put on soldiers' mail which is otherwise free of charge.
