re: Color Please

Colors vary from computer to computer. It is impossible to give a color determination online.

re: Color Please

It is very hard to determine color from scans or photographs posted online. The best way is to compare with a known example of that issue with that color.

Try this
http://stampsmarter.com/features/Color_Extract.html

And then this
https://encycolorpedia.com/

re: Color Please

Besides the color there are different type of this issue.

First of all determine the perforation and the thickness of the paper.

Michel Nr 17x : Comb Perf 13,5 and paper thickness of 0,09 - 0,14 mm (3 different colors)
Michel Nr 17y : Comb Perf 13,5 and paper thickness of 0,05 - 0,09 mm (2 different colors)
Michel Nr 22 : Comb Perf 10 and paper thickness of0,05 - 0,09 mm (2 different colors)
Michel Nr 26 : Comp Perf 10 and paper thickness of 0,05 - 0,09 mm (4 different colors)
Michel Nr 31 : Roulette 10 and paper thickness of 0,05 - 0,09 mm ( 4 different colors)

So not as easy as you think. At Wits End

And never ever use your computer to determine the color...........
