Hello,

Would some know if the postcard stamps from 2017 were marketed as forever stamps? They do not have values on them nor the word forever: Various Shells.

They state Postcard on the bottom of the stamp.

That's my point, they are postcard stamps but they have no value or forever printed on them.
Here is an enlarged image of the stamp in question from 2017.

And they behave like 'Forever' stamps, but for the value of current postcard rate. (Now $0.35)

The "Postcard" phrase is like "Forever", but for the postcard service.

The same principle also holds for the "Additional Ounce" stamp, which is currently worth $0.15. (The value actually fell with a relatively recent rate change, from, if I recall correctly, $0.17? ... I'm sure someone here knows right off the top of their head.)
