It looks to me like some wayward ink, from the roller, as if someone picked up the sheet and it lightly touched the inked (or partially inked)roller above it. Make sense?

I have this stamp from Dahomey that has me confused. There is another Colis Postaux which is lightly printed just below the overprinted bar.
Of course this isn't shown in Scott's. Does anyone have any information on this stamp? Is it listed in Yvert & Tellier or the other European catalogs? thank you in advance.
