I'm talking about all three different size boxes that the USPS had available few years back.

According to my local post office, yes, it is still on, and they gave me a sheet with the current flat rates:

All flat rate boxes (those available from the local post office)
have a weight limit of 70 lbs., no matter the size of the (official)
flat rate box.
This is according to the official USPS website.
