The Approval Books Rules have been revised. This action has been in progress over the past few weeks.
The changes are minor in nature as the revisions replaced cross references to the auction rules with specific rules compiled in Section C so that the approval book rules are now self-contained.
Some minor formatting and grammatical changes have been made as well.
