Are my statements correct:
1. All stamps from set 3949-52 MUST have perforations on all four sides?
2. Any stamps with at least one straight edge is from set 3953-56?

Reason for my questions was related with few offers at Hipstamp.
Some sellers mixed the Scott numbers.
