I can't help you with that, but I was wondering
why you posted this under "Member Introductions"???
I put a code at the very front of my Auction listings. Normally something like (B001) then (B002). (These are actually the scan numbers on my system).
Every item is then filed in code number order so it doesn't matter when they sell I can go straight to them.
Approvals are another matter and can be a right pain in the proverbial at times.
I've never had that problem with auctions done one at a time. Spreadsheet uploads and delayed release auctions are a different story. For my BIN stuff I'd like it in the same order as the spreadsheet , but I have no idea how to accomplish that since the posting of the auction seems to be random. I need everything in my Wednesday auctions to be in the same order as they are on my looseleaf page I enter info from so that it is easier to list elsewhere when it does not sell here.

Brian,
Are talking about the View Sold Lots list or the order on the Invoice?
Regards ... Tim.
I never use the sold items on the sellers drop down menu. I click on Invoicing, then Add An Invoice and it lists whoever you have sold anything to. Click on the person and it shows what they have purchased, whether auction or approval. (I tend to print this out as it is a lot easier to sit with a written list than fumble about looking for stamps off a computer screen.)
You do not have to invoice the person straight away just click cancel and it brings you back out.

I have only just noticed ,looking at my sales that they are listed in alphabetical order I don't know how other members feel ,but I fine it rather awkward when I have a lot of sales and I'M not sure what the item is to go through looking for the item so you can see what it is.Would it not be better to have them in date order so the latest sales are at the top of the list.?
Just a thought
