I'm sure this is easy, but could someone please tell me how to change the page size for the books for a couple people who have them set up so I can't fit the entire width on my screen? I think I've seen this explained somewhere but I can't find it.

Presume you are on a desktop in which case you can use control and the minus sign to reduce or ctrl+ to increase. Ctrl zero to revert to original.
If laptop or other device that allows "pinching" you can do that.
