I did some research soon after I found it;
Carson McClain Borror
Born October 29 1903 in Indiana
Died January 27 1981
Buried in Masonic Memorial Park - West Union, Doddridge Co., West Va.
According to a 1930 census, he was listed as a telephone company switchman that year.
He was enlisted in the US Army from Feb. 10, 1941 to April 1, 1953 and exited as Lt.Col.
He married Loxie Lee Dotson(b.2/23/1908 - d.1/14/1979) on June 16, 1926
He had a sister - Hazel, born in 1908 and a brother - Walter Leon, born 1/12/1916
They had one child - Barbara Lee Borror, b.3/22/1927 - d.7/19/2012
That's about all I've found so far.
Had this for a while now, but I don't think I've shown it here;
Found it in a misc. box lot I purchased at a local stamp show a few months back.
It had no cover - was just loose in the bottom of the box.
I thought it might be interesting for others to read!
