I have obtained information that William Webster (stampman12345) has recently passed away. He was 48 and had been in poor health for some time. He had been a Stamporama member for many years. He was a nice guy. He was more active on Stamporama in buying than chatting. Here is a link to one of his posts from a few years ago that gives you a little bit about him:

I corresponded briefly with him and sent him some back issues of stamp publications. Indeed a nice guy.

I sent him a small pile of journals to read back in 2016.
