The last unidentified from this batch of unknowns. The text looks to me like India - Pakistan area but that's all I have come up with. Wondering if it is a revenue stamp from that area. I'm not even sure it is right side up.
Any suggestions? All help is appreciated. Image Not Found

This is a 50p general revenue from Bangladesh issued in 1981.
